The Asset Tracing Recovery CEE Conference

Angelika Hellweger was a speaker at the Asset Recovery CEE conference - the inaugural Polish event for the dispute resolution and investigations sectors.

The event, which is aimed at legal professionals, litigation funders, corporate investigations specialists and asset recovery experts, was held at the Warsaw Marriott Hotel on 18 April 2024.

Angelika spoke on the panel “Investigating and enforcing on artwork and other luxury items’’. Her fellow panellists were Gabriel Olearnik, partner at litigation financiers LitFin; and Lara Levinson, dual-qualified English solicitor and US lawyer at Kobre & Kim.

The conference brought together leading experts and industry practitioners from the CEE (central and eastern Europe) region and beyond. They assessed and discussed issues, including:
