REGISTRATION CLOSED Aziz Rahman was invited to talk at the New York State Bar Association’s 2022 Summer Conference. Aziz was part of an international panel discussing enforcement. He explained the main issues facing the UK’s Serious Fraud Office. The panel, which was chaired by Howard Fischer of Moses and Singer, explored recent cross-border enforcement efforts and investigate how different jurisdictions have dealt with recent challenges. The conference, which was held at the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel on June 21-22, had the title “The World Turned Upside Down: How Does Law and the Legal Profession Respond to the Tumultuous Last Few Years?’’ It examined a wide range of issues relating to international law enforcement and corporate, environmental, trade and intellectual property law.
