REGISTRATION CLOSED Syed Rahman was a speaker at CFAAR’s “Crypto Fraud: Interim Relief in the English Courts’’. The event, which was held in London on Wednesday June 5th, involved a number of expert speakers discussing key considerations when seeking interim relief in relation to crypto assets. Joining Syed was fellow speakers Wei Jian Chan, Sam Goodman, Charlotte Hill and John Lee. Chair was James Collins KC. In many crypto disputes, the first step is an application for a proprietary injunction or some other form of interim relief. Such relief can be critical to preserving the assets against which enforcement is sought or to uncovering information material to formulating the claim.
