REGISTRATION CLOSED Angelika Hellweger was one of the expert speakers at the webinar, Greenwashing Risks In The EU and UK: An Economic Perspective. The virtual event, which has been organised by ThoughtLeaders4, was held on November 12th. It examined the efforts of UK and European Union regulators to tackle greenwashing concerns. The webinar provided a brief overview of the current regulatory landscape and considered the areas where the risks of litigation and regulatory investigations could arise. There was a discussion of the key economic issues that could be involved in such cases and of potential theories of harm that claimants could put forward. The economic analyses that are appropriate to address these issues were also assessed.
