Nicola Sharp was an expert panellist at the 10th White Collar Crime Forum.
The event was held on October 23 at the London offices of Penningtons Manches Cooper.
Nicola was part of a panel analysing the effectiveness of private prosecutions and whether they can be considered to be a genuine alternative to civil claims. Her fellow panellists were Phillip D’Costa, a partner at Penningtons; and Gideon Cammerman KC (Head of Chambers) of 187 Chambers.
