While face-to-face meetings are not possible at the moment for obvious reasons, our business continuity planning means we remain available, and contactable to all those who require our services wherever they may be.
The welfare of our staff and our clients is of paramount importance to Rahman Ravelli. We take all necessary steps to ensure the health and safety of those who work for us and those for whom we work. We are following the government’s guidance regarding COVID-19 to protect everyone. We take our responsibility very seriously and urge everyone to heed the government’s advice:
Stay At Home, Protect The NHS, Save Lives.
While face-to-face meetings are not possible for obvious reasons, our business continuity planning means we remain available, and contactable to all those who require our services, wherever they may be. As we explain here, all our staff remain contactable by current and potential clients and by any other individuals or organisations that are involved in the cases we handle.
At Rahman Ravelli, we have always put the client first. We pride ourselves on being known for our personal touch. That will continue to be our goal in these strange times. We are doing everything possible to provide our usual, high-quality service to clients with little or no interruption.
If you are an existing client, we will have contacted you to explain how we will continue to support you. You should already have direct contact details for your team responsible for your case. Our legal staff have diverted their landline telephones numbers to their work mobile telephones, and so remain contactable should you need them.
If you are a new client contacting us for the first time, then please call us on any our published numbers or use the form on our website at https://www.rahmanravelli.co.uk/contact-us/.
Our offices are now closed in line with government guidance and will remain so until further notice. Our staff are working remotely. However, they are as available as they ever were, to deal with any aspect of a client's case.
Our legal team travel extensively as part of their work, and so are already well used to our existing and well-established, secure remote working practices, supported by existing policies and proven mobile technologies.
The regular use of phone, Skype, email, online forums and messaging and telephones, video conferencing continues. We are already using video conferencing to “attend” client meetings, conduct urgent court hearings, interviews and investigations.
Our staff are fully equipped with laptops and secure connectivity to enable remote working. Our systems and documents remain securely available.
Government and health authority guidance is continuously under review by our team, and we will continue to adapt our business continuity plans accordingly.
Our key contacts (right) can help you gain access to our services wherever you are. Fully equipped to be able to work securely and remotely at all levels, they have access to our systems and the whole Rahman Ravelli team.
