Such organisations may be funded by taxation but that, argues Aziz Rahman, does not mean that they are exempt from the risk of fraud.
The article explains how councils and other public bodies can introduce procedures that reduce the risk of wrongdoing and enable them to identify potential problems at the earliest possible opportunity.
