Aziz Rahman is the contributing editor of The Chambers and Partners White-Collar Crime 2024 guide

Aziz Rahman was given the honour of being the contributing editor of this year’s Chambers and Partners White-Collar Crime guide.

The just-published 2024 edition of the guide features chapters by legal experts from more than 40 jurisdictions.

As editor, Aziz wrote the introductory chapter for the guide. In his chapter, he outlines recent changes in the legal landscape and the challenges posed by the increasingly global nature of white-collar crime. He also focuses on issues such as the rise of aggressive sanctions regimes, cybercrime and cryptocurrency, international cooperation, deferred prosecution agreements, money laundering, whistleblowers and self-reporting.

The guide is designed and compiled to provide the latest legal information on criminal company law and corporate fraud, corporate and personal liability, white-collar enforcement and defences, bribery, market abuse, tax fraud, cartels, cybercrime, money laundering and whistle-blowing.
