With Serious Fraud Office (SFO) Director Nick Ephgrave resigning, Law360 asked Aziz Rahman what this would mean for the agency.
Aziz made it clear that the SFO needs to make sure it continues the progress that it has made under Ephgrave, whose surprise departure comes midway through his five-year term.
Aziz said "The challenge now is to ensure that all that momentum does not disappear with him.
"The SFO has to be careful that, after having taken some major steps forward, it does not end up going backwards."
