Rahman Ravelli Legal Director Neil Williams was one of the speakers at an international webinar on fraud and insolvency.
Neil was invited to be part of the panel for “Fraud & Insolvency X-Over for FIRE Practitioners’’, an event that was organised by ThoughtLeaders4 FIRE. He spoke on matters relating to the collection and acquisition of evidence, interviews and cross-examination and enforcement.
The webinar was devised to consider the best practice approaches when it comes to the use of fraud in insolvency proceedings and the use of insolvency proceedings in fraud claims. Other panel members on the webinar included insolvency practitioners, QC’s, business advisors and specialists from the UK and abroad.
