Is the Bribery Act Unnecessarily Hard on SMEs 750x430

Rahman Ravelli’s founder Aziz Rahman wrote an article putting forward the view that the Bribery Act is too hard on SME’s.

The piece, which has just been published by Lawyer Monthly, considers issues such as the low levels of confidence among SME’s when it comes to tackling bribery and the lack of guidance that the Act provides regarding this.

It also looks at the possible implications of the first prosecution for failure to prevent bribery, under Section 7 of the Act. The article can be read here.
