Rahman Ravelli assesses the joint SFO – CPS Corporate Prosecution Guidance

With the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) and Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) having revised their Corporate Prosecution Guidance for the first time since 2021, Rahman Ravelli have considered the implications.
