Rahman Ravelli has won a Mondaq Thought Leadership Award for an article he wrote about the controversial share-selling practice, Cum-Ex.
Mondaq, the online publisher of legal, financial and regulatory articles aimed at professionals, names its Thought Leadership Award winners twice a year. They showcase the most popular articles in terms of total readership over the last six months across a number of countries and topic areas.
Rahman Ravelli's winning article was about a banker who was sentenced by a German court to three years and two months in prison for the role he played in a €93.4 million Cum-Ex scheme.
