Rahman Ravelli has provided one of the main chapters in this year’s International Comparative Legal Guide to Corporate Investigations.
The chapter, written by the firm’s founder and senior partner Aziz Rahman, is entitled “Bribery and Corruption: Investigations and Negotiations Across Jurisdictions’’.
He wrote the chapter at the request of the Guide’s publishers, who wanted an informed overview and analysis of corporate investigations into business crime around the world.
Mr Rahman said: “It was pleasing to be asked to contribute to such a highly-regarded publication and I hope that the senior executives, corporates and general counsel who read it will gain a useful insight into this particular area of law.
“It is good to know that professional people such as the publishers of the Guide recognise the expertise that we have here at Rahman Ravelli.’’
