Rahman Ravelli makes Niall Hearty a partner as part of its expansion plans

Business crime and litigation specialists Rahman Ravelli have made Niall Hearty a partner.

The international financial crime, cross-border investigations and complex commercial litigation firm appointed Hearty as partner as part of its response to a growing caseload in the UK, Europe and the US.

Rahman Ravelli founder Aziz Rahman said that Hearty’s experience of white-collar crime, his global investigations expertise and his ability to manage the most complex cases made his promotion to partner a logical decision.

Prior to being made partner, Hearty was a legal director at Rahman Ravelli. His experience of cases involving bribery and corruption, fraud, money laundering, proceeds of crime and serious and general crime has been highlighted by international legal guides. 

He is also known for his adept handling of investigations involving agencies such as the Financial Conduct Authority, National Crime Agency and Serious Fraud Office.
