10 November 2020
The firm received a special commendation for its financial crime, fraud and regulatory expertise. Its recent work on multi-agency and multi-jurisdictional investigations is highlighted by The Times, as is its increasing involvement in Cum-Ex investigations. Rahman Ravelli’s cryptocurrency and market manipulation prowess and its enhanced US presence are also noted by The Times, which calls the firm’s Senior Partner Aziz Rahman an expert in the defence of large-scale bribery claims.
The Times assessment of law firms is compiled by an international market research team that selects the best 200 law firms from the 10,000 in England and Wales. Solicitors in England and Wales are asked to recommend the firms that they believe are the best law firms in 26 categories, which cover business, public and private client areas of law.
Rahman Ravelli founder and Senior Partner Aziz Rahman said: “To be named by The Times as one of the very best law firms is a fitting tribute to both the calibre of staff we have here and the quality of the work that they do for each and every client.
“It is particularly pleasing to see that The Times has recognised our international expertise in a number of fields and our ability to be at the forefront of issues as they develop. We recently received similar praise when we received the highest rankings in the latest editions of the Chambers and Legal 500 legal guides.
“This latest award is another richly-deserved pat on the back for everyone who works at Rahman Ravelli.’’
