Author: Azizur Rahman 26 October 2020
Rahman Ravelli's Aziz Rahman was asked by the Financial Times to give his thoughts on recent news that the UK’s Serious Fraud Office has lost three of its top executives in the past three months including its chief investigator and head of proceeds of crime.
Aziz emphasised that the most recent of these departures have come at what is a challenging time for the SFO and pointed to difficulties caused by the pandemic restricting the SFO’s ability to conduct interviews making it hard for the agency to ensure other aspects of its work keeps running smoothly.
