Senior Partner Aziz Rahman was asked by Bloomberg for his thoughts on the Cum-Ex share selling investigations.
Aziz said that it was likely that a number of companies and individuals are likely to come under close scrutiny as the authorities look to determine who was involved in Cum-Ex. He emphasised that while investigations are ongoing in the UK - and the first prosecution has been completed in Germany – the effects of Cum-Ex are likely to be felt in many countries.
